Our Story
Since 2004, we've helped hundreds of families find their perfect mountain home in Colorado's Summit County. What started as a passion for mountain living has grown into a commitment to providing exceptional real estate service in Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, and throughout the Rocky Mountains.
Our Mission
We believe buying or selling a mountain property should be an exciting journey, not a stressful transaction. Our mission is to provide personalized guidance, honest advice, and expert market knowledge to help you make confident real estate decisions.
Our Approach
- Local Expertise: We live here. We ski here. We know every neighborhood, trail, and restaurant. This deep local knowledge informs every recommendation we make.
- Honest Communication: We'll tell you what you need to hear, not just what you want to hear. Our clients appreciate our straightforward approach to pricing, market conditions, and property considerations.
- Personalized Service: No two buyers or sellers are alike. We take time to understand your specific needs, timeline, and goals before recommending properties or strategies.
- Long-Term Relationships: Many of our clients become lifelong friends. We're here for you long after the closing—whether you need a restaurant recommendation or contractor referral.
Our Commitment
We stand behind every transaction with our guarantee of satisfaction. If at any point you're unhappy with our service, tell us. We'll work to remedy the situation immediately. Your trust is our most valuable asset.
Community Involvement
We're proud to be active members of the Summit County community. From supporting local schools and nonprofits to participating in trail maintenance projects, we believe in giving back to the place we call home..

What we don’t do
We don’t take listings or buyers we can’t serve well. If you are looking for a property type, location, or price range that falls outside our team’s expertise, we will tell you and refer you to a brokerage better suited to your situation. This means we sometimes turn down business, but it also means our active client list reflects relationships we believe we can deliver real value on. Real estate is a long-term reputation business and we’d rather pass on a transaction than disappoint a client.
How we approach buyer representation
Buyer representation in mountain markets requires more than showing properties matching MLS criteria. We help buyers understand the trade-offs between similar-priced options — for instance, why a $1.2M condo at one resort may be a better long-term investment than a $1.2M townhome at another, even when the unit specs look comparable. Most of this analysis happens during conversations rather than property tours, which is why our buyer process typically includes 2-3 phone consultations before we begin physical showings. This upfront work consistently saves clients time once active touring begins.
