When you submit a contact form on this site we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the message content. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes. If you become a client, we retain transaction-related records for seven years to comply with Colorado real estate licensing requirements; non-client inquiries are deleted after twelve months of inactivity.
